2. License Type

• Personal use only. This license is non-transferable

3. Revisions

• Includes up to 3 minor revisions
• Minor revisions include small adjustments or fixes that do not alter core functionality
• Major changes, new features, or redesigns are billed separately

4. Hosting Requirement

• To receive support, updates, and continued service, the bot must be hosted on GSH or TitanTech (Sadgasm's server)
• This requirement ensures secure handling of tokens, environment variables, and third-party integrations

5. Updates & Maintenance

This license includes:

• Bug fixes
• Compatibility updates required to keep the bot functioning as originally sold

This license does not include:

• New features
• Major rewrites
• Platform overhauls
• Feature expansions beyond the original scope

These are available as paid upgrades.

6. Support Scope & Response Time

Support includes:

• Bug fixes
• Configuration assistance
• Clarification of existing features

Support does not include:

• Discord server management
• Moderation assistance
• Third-party plugins or services not developed by Sadgasm

Support requests are typically answered within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

7. Add-ons

• Additional features, upgrades, and custom functionality are available for purchase

8. Non-Payment & Termination

• Failure to pay hosting fees may result in suspension or termination of service without notice
• Data retention after suspension is not guaranteed
• Repeated violations of license terms, abuse of services, or misuse of the software may result in permanent license revocation

9. License Transfer & Resale

• This license may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or reassigned without written approval

10. Disclaimer & Liability

• No guarantee is made regarding uptime, performance, or uninterrupted service
• Sadgasm is not liable for losses or damages resulting from:
  • Discord API changes
  • Discord outages
  • Hosting provider issues
  • Third-party service failures

11. Pricing & Changes

• Hosting prices may change due to provider adjustments
• Any pricing or scope changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible

12. Additional Terms

• Custom feature development is available for an additional fee
• Hosting costs may adjust if GSH or third-party provider rates change
• Support availability may be limited depending on hosting environment or server configuration
• Unforeseen technical requirements may affect final pricing; all changes will be communicated in advance
• Non-client-specific assets or generic code components may be reused in other projects
• No client data is ever reused or shared
